Silver Beach Introduction

Introduction:
Silver Beach is located in the southern seaside of  Beihai City, 6 kilometers from the heart of  the city.Covering an area of 38 square kilometers,the sands in the beach are the top-quality quartz sand . When the sun shines,the white and soft beach will glitter so brightly. So goes the name Silver Beach.
The water quality is clear and visitors can look the sea under two meters. Many tourists like to swim here as the ebb of tide is quick while the flow is slow. It is safe for tourists to swim here. Apart from this ,there are over 9 months for the tourists to swim in the waters near Silver Beach. Three-S means sunshine,sand,sea and the Silver Beach is the right o­ne for catering the three factors.
The best time to Silver Beach is from April to November. During this period of time, the relative higher temperature of the seawater applies a better condition for swimming. Besides, they are the best seasons for tourists viewing the sunrise, seascape and the other activities.

Traffic:
It will take you about 15 minutes from downtown of Beihai City to the Beihai Silver Beach by taxi, and bus No. 3 can also bring you to the beach.
