威斯丁在上海如此恶劣，想不到啊！首先是入住当天，我们中午1：45分到达酒店，。前台很蚂蚁地办理CHECK IN，大概20分钟后告知我们房间还没打扫干净，不能马上给到房卡。我们很理解，告诉前台我们先去5楼吃饭，大概一个钟头下来拿房卡，让她先准备好。到了2：50分我们下来拿房卡时，前台有客人在办理。没空理我们，我们在前台站了15分钟，前台一个叫AILEEN的女孩子面无表情地跟客户聊天，完全没有理睬我们的意思。先生很生气地提示我们已经站了15分钟了，房卡快点给我们，此时才有一个工作人员将两张房卡刷一下给我们，整个过程不用15秒钟。先生非常生气地表示不满意服务，需要投诉，AILEEN也很爽快地写下姓名投诉电话，一幅：“投诉就投诉吧”的态度。在投诉后有一位经理来到房间了解情况，再没下文。还有，经理来到房间了解情况

Busy hotel with long queueing time due to lack of staff. Finally had the check in at Grand Tower counter but was advised to come back to pick up the room card by 2:00pm..Came back by 4:00pm after shop around nearby but was told that one room card still not ready!!! The hotel management needs to think about how to serve the customer well.

外滩中心我是相当喜欢的建筑，晚上大厦顶部莲花造型的夜景非常漂亮，通过CHINAHOTEL限时抢购的房间，绝对超值，离外滩、南京路步行街、豫园、人民广场都非常近。酒店设施和服务质量都非常好。
