When you find the hotels and attractions that you’re fond of from our searching engines,click on the “Collection” button so that you could add this favorable hotel to your collections. Besides, you can make your comments in the bottom “Message Column” of this page.

Discovery – making collections based on your preferences

After having your own collections, you’ll receive the automatically provided recommendations of your tastes. The more you have collected, the more accurate the recommendations will be provided to you.

Exchange Platform – make comments on attractions and hotels that you prefer

In Chinahotel, you can make comments on the hotels and attractions that you haven’t visited. If you feel that the hotel or spot is attractive, you may have it collected to your “Collection” thus you have a bookmark of it.

Click on the “new register” (It is free). Fill out the basic information in the new user’s page.
Submit.
Congratulations to you! Now you’re the member of Chinahotel.

The Distinction between Members and Non-members

Members

You can comment on your favorite hotels and attractions, providing valuable tour information with more tourist amateurs. The Ex-gratia zone grants you the corresponding presents or a booking discount when the “Active Degree” reaches to a certain point.

Non-members

We are sorry that you have no privileges of commenting, having booking discounts or presents.

Hotel Information:

1. How to book hotels online?

Step 1: Inquire the information of the hotel
Step 2: Select your hotel
Step 3: Fill the hotel reservation form
Step 4: Submit the hotel reservation form

2. What keywords should I fill out to the inquiry?

Step 1: Choose a city
Step 2: Fill the check-in or check-out date
Step 3: Fill the hotel name
Step 4: Fill the price range
Step 5: Fill the location of hotel
Step 6: Select the type of hotel
Step 7: Select the star of hotel
After those steps, click on "hotel" into the "Hotel list" page.

3. What does “Sort by Star” mean?

The stars of hotels are granted by the rating of the National Tourism Administration. According to your needs, you can choose your preferred star hotel. If you don’t make any choice, the default means “all hotels”.

4. How to book hotel if I only know the commercial/administrative region (not shown on the page)?

You can click on the "Hotel" button, enquiring the information through the "Hotel District".

5. What shall I do to order the hotel in another city?

You only need to click on the "Hotel" button, after entering the "Hotel Reservations" page, you can query according to your requests.

6. Are the hotels on the electronic map booked directly? If so, how can I do?

Point your mouse to the City Hotel on the map, the hotel list will be shown. After click on the "Links" into the hotel introduction page, you can select a proper room and book it under the direction of the system.

Hotel Prices:

1. Can I know the price online if I want to book a hotel for a month in advance?

Yes, you can.

2. If I want to book a room for a month, can I have discounts?

Unless there are special offers of the hotel, the priced are fixed according to the announcements online.

3. Does the price include the fee of room and other costs?

Yes, it is. If the price includes the cost of breakfast, it will be marked. And the additional supplies such as wine, healthy toys, etc. will be marked at its real price, or else they’re free.

4. Is the published price the price for members or the general one?

It is member price.(Reference Only)

5. What if the published price differs from the general one?

The published price will be lower or the same as the general price. When the deviation happens, you should follow the published price.

Introduction to Hotels:

1. Are there any details about the hotel and its surroundings?

Click the name of hotel then you can get the detailed information (such as introduction to hotel, instruments, attractions all round, etc.)

2. Can I book a room for special use (such as for honey-moon, recruitment)?

You can contact the hotels for your special purpose. We don’t have the services for the time being and we hope to have special zone of the related services as soon as possible.
